Miyoshi Warehouse & Distribution Facility – Additional Development

Development of a 4F logistics facility in Miyoshi, Saitama Prefecture, Greater Tokyo, as an additional phase to the Miyoshi Logistics Facility. The site covers 14,000 sqm with a GFA of 17,000 sqm. Located in the Tokorozawa/Miyoshi submarket, the facility benefits from proximity to the Miyoshi Smart Interchange and Tokorozawa Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway, providing access to the Saitama and Tokyo markets as well as Gunma and Ibaraki Prefectures.

The facility features offices, ceiling clear heights of 5.6 m, floor loading of 1.5 ton/sqm, dock levelers, on-site parking, and air conditioning for worker well-being. Sustainability measures include LED lighting. The facility was acquired in July 2014, completed in September 2018, and exited in July 2019.
