LOGISTICS FACILITY

Kasukabe Logistics Center

Kasukabe, Saitama Prefecture, Greater Tokyo, Japan

Development of a 4F logistics facility in Kasukabe, Saitama Prefecture, Greater Tokyo. The site covers 12,000 sqm with a GFA of 23,000 sqm. Positioned at the junction of Route 16 and Route 4, the facility offers excellent access across the Kanto plain and to northern Japan. The facility features international standard floor loads of 2.5 ton/sqm on 1F and 1.5 ton/sqm on other floors, ceiling clear heights of 6 m, four high-speed cargo elevators with 4.5 ton capacity, and two palette lifters. The truck courts can accommodate up to 32 trucks with its lateral cross-dock. Additional features are offices, on-site parking, air conditioning for worker well-being, LED lighting, and roof solar panels. The facility was completed in Feb 2018 and exited in Mar 2019.
