LOGISTICS FACILITY

Iwatsuki Logistics Center

Iwatsuki, Saitama Prefecture, Greater Tokyo Area, Japan

Development of a 3F logistics facility in Iwatsuki, Saitama Prefecture, Greater Tokyo Area. The site covers 16,000 sqm with a GFA of 30,000 sqm. Located on National Route 16, about 35 km from Tokyo CBD, the facility offers good access to key transportation networks.

The facility features international standard floor loads of 1.5 ton/sqm, ceiling clear heights of 6 m, docks on the front and lateral sides, LED lighting throughout, and air conditioning on warehouse floors 2 and 3. There are five 3.5 ton cargo elevators, one palette lifter, and truck courts with 11 m spans accommodating 3 trucks each, for a total of 45 bays. Additional features include offices, on-site parking, and roof solar panels. The facility was completed in Nov 2014 and exited in Apr 2015
