A value-add portfolio of 169 logistics, industrial, and commercial properties totaling 1,400,000 sqm of land and 530,000 sqm GFA, located across Japan. The properties serve as sales, servicing, and parts centers for one of Japan’s largest truck and bus manufacturers. Sites are strategically positioned near distribution centers, industrial parks, and key traffic routes, and are considered essential to the tenant’s nationwide operations. Facilities are highly visible on major commercial roads, ensuring strong exposure and accessibility. The investment was acquired in July 2016 and exited in June 2020 under a value-add strategy, with a 15-year triple net lease extension negotiated during the hold period.
